Treetops Apartments is located across the road from Jordan Blackley farm.
The building is an eight-unit country apartment 'complex' in a converted mountain lodge (the entire property used to be a
retreat center in the seventies, known as Spirithaven). We have done extensive renovation to each unit, updating plumbing,
electrical systems, installing new energy-efficient windows, and new ceramic tile in each. We are 16 miles from downtown Asheville, NC, and only 4 miles from the Blue Ridge
Parkway. The units offer cozy, comfortable living in a peaceful setting, right next door to the farm (with the possibility
of fresh food in exchange for working in the gardens!). We are a stone's throw from some of the best outdoor pursuits in the
region. We offer efficiencies as well as one-bedroom apartments, and
are seeking tenants who enjoy the best of country living. We now have implemented a community vegetable/herb garden and compost
